To be honest, this is one of the best purchases I’ve ever made. Having failed at trying to quit smoking, this device has kept me from picking up a “real” cigarette in weeks.
This e-cigarette looks and feels just like a real cigarette, except that it’s a bit heavier so you can’t just leave it dangling from your mouth. The battery stays charged for well over one day, and with the spare battery I always have a cigarette in the charging process.
My only complaint is the cartridge life. I don’t completely buy that it’s equivalent to a full pack of cigarettes. For one, I don’t smoke the equivalent of a whole cigarette when I e-smoke; I usually take a puff or two, then put it away for a while. It doesn’t seem to take long before I am just getting the smoke with no taste and no hit. And unfortunately, those puffs when the flavor is gone are relatively nasty, tasting a lot like plastic.
Still, I’m happy with the purchase, and am learning to just tailor my e-smoking to when I really want a hit of nicotine. I’ve already turned several people who weren’t even thinking of quitting smoking onto this device, and I recommend it to anyone who wants to quit smoking but is afraid of making that long, frightening, horrific trip. I have been scammed by Smoking Everywhere LLC. I placed an order over 2 months ago for the $9.99 starter kit and heve never received it. In addition I was billed an additional $69.99 in unauthorized charges. Still no product and no refund, These people are almost impossible to reach and customer service reps are rude and they lie. I have filed a complaint with the Florida Attorney General.

I saw an add in Sept that said you could try it for $9.95. So I ordered it and was billed on Sept 18th. It never came. Then on Oct 13th the company (smokingeverywhere.com) charged my credit card again for $99.02. I still have never recieved the product. I had to turn them into Visa as fraudulent. I never made a second order. I tried calling them and even left a message and never recieved a reply. Still waiting to hear if I get credited for $99.02. Beware of smokingeverywhere.com

I bought a starter kit and refill cartridges from Smoking Everywhere. They were extremely fast to debit my card, and extremely slow to ship. When I decided to try another company, I returned the products within the specified time, but never received credit for them. When I did finally get in touch with someone, they informed me that they do not give refunds. THIS IS A HUGE SCAM - BEWARE. I will be reporting them to the proper authorities in Florida.

these sales people set up in kiosks in the malls are swindlers.
the product they sell is faulty and they give you this friendly sales pitch to get your money. when you bring the faulty product back to them, they point to the small sign hidden in their kiosk that states NO Refunds absolutely NO exceptions!!! They also point to the small fine print at the bottom of the sales receipt which states the same thing.
They never mention this during the sales pitch. They act like they are there for you if you need help or have problems. When you try to return the product, they say sorry!!!!
Stay away from Smoking Everywhere E-cigs….they are a scam.
My cigarette cost over $100.00 and the battery of the first and second E-cig did not last for 1 hour. The cartridges last for maybe 5 to 10 puffs and then they are done.
The salespeople try to tell you you are not smoking the cigarette properly and try to demonstrate the proper method for smoking.
IT IS A REAL SCAM AND THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU FOR EACH STATE SHOULD BAN THESE FOLKS FROM SELLING TO UNSUSPECTING CUSTOMERS.
They lie to you telling you that come back if you have any problems and we’ll make it good….we want you to be happy with our product!
IT IS ALL A SCAM.
I feel like I have been had by a bunch of sales people from Bangledesch Bazzar.

As reviewers above have stated, this company is incredibly scandalous.
You sign up, give them your information, and they charge you $9.95. But… you do not get your order shipped until you answer their phone call, hear their sales pitch, and decline to purchase the product. (This should’ve been a red flag, but I figured I’d play along with the company just to see what all of this e-cigarette hype was about.)
I have tried to return the product to them. I sent it to them via USPS. They refused it and have now charged me $99.02. (This is the agreement. You have 14 days to try the product and return it- otherwise, you get charged for it.)
I called their “customer service” (by pressing 3 at the automated system). I get repeatedly directed to a sales representative. He then tells me he will transfer me to customer service. I get transferred right back to him. Obviously their customer service reps are tied up dealing with other fraudulent orders they’ve made.
THIS COMPANY IS INCREDIBLY SCANDALOUS. BE PREPARED FOR HOURS OF FRUSTRATION AND HEADACHES DEALING WITH THESE PEOPLE. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM SMOKING EVERYWHERE.
The e-cigarette itself tastes pretty awful. It tastes like you are freebasing water to be honest. And it is incredibly harsh on your lungs. The e-cigarette gave me a hacking cough that smoking never did. That is neither here nor there in light of this company’s shady business practices though.

The smoke everywhere cigarette is a SCAM. I bought them on Sunday and was told, buy the salesman, that each filter equals 1 pack of cigarettes. I went home and charged the cigarettes overnight and put the filter on - it lasted 2 to 3 hours. I changed the filters 3 times with the same results. I went back the next day and exchanged the cigarette n filters, thinking it was just a bad batch. Again I had the same problem. I contacted the company and they said that they will not refund my money or exchange it, I have to go back to the same sales person, who already exchanged it. BEFORE YOU BUY THIS PRODUCT - ask the sales person if you may get a refund if you do not like it or it doesn’t work properly. You will be told exchange only. That is a company that does not stand behind their poduct. Why should they?? It doesn’t work

I burned through 4 boxes of replacement filters at $10 a box…3 filters used in 2 hours time…advertised is 1 filter every 2-3 days! Customer service SUCKS, whether at the mall kiosk, or calling their 800 number. I was dumb enough to BUY another atomizer when the product was obviously junk…1 MONTH SINCE the DEBIT to my bank account, and I STILL haven’t got the replacement part! RUDE RUDE RUDE PEOPLE…anyone who represents this junk.

Buyer beware!!!!!!! These guys are a rip off!! Got my “Free” trial and tried to get a return merchandise number from them as stated from their terms. They would not give me one even though I requested one two times within the 14 day trial. Then as the time ran out they hit me with the full 99.02 plus 9.95 shipping. Then after they shipped me the refills to the tune of 45.99. I returned everything with a note stating I wanted a refund and the next thing I know I get another package and bill for 17.84! Called and reported to visa and will cancel my credit card. So in short I’m out $172.80 for nothing!
SCAM !!!
RIP OFF !!!

2. Not to be confused with http://www.luxecig.com. FREE TRIAL ISN’T FREE. $99.00 BAIT AND SWITCH SCAM. I started to order with this company, changed my mind. I received a phone call shortly afterwards, she assured me the were no extra charges, only $5.95 to for shipping, I could cancel anytime. I never received a confirmation email as expected.If I decided to stay, pay $99.00 and receive 2nd kit and refills. Couldn’t find a phone number on their site. Fast Shipping, came within 5 days. Send me full flavor, couldn’t refill. I tried to contact at them on their order site support@smokeclub.com didn’t work. Found a phone number, talked to the woman, she told me I had to pay the $99.00. I told her to cancel. She told me that I had to mail kit back. Company spent more money on packaging than on product. Was very disappointed, with customer service, took forever to pick up. Sending package back. A company that rips off another company name PLUS Offers a FREE Trial but doesn’t tell you it’s going to cost you $99.00 isn’t doing their customer’s any service.
3. SMARTSMOKER.COM ANOTHER SCAM COMPANY. $130.00 4 weeks and have yet to see anything except billing my credit card. NO phone number on Website! I found a small number on the email confirmation and called. Was informed that UK postal service having a problem shipping. Within 1 hour, I recieved a tracking number via email!? When I tracked package, came up as NO RECORD OF THIS NUMBER. I tried to call the company back-only voice mail stating they are working on phone lines, please email at: ASK@smartsmoker.com and I’ve sent two requests, one for information, the second to cancel the order. Have yet to recieve an answer. Called Credit card company and disputing charges which were $139.00!! though my invoice states $130.00.

I love it, it’s a little hard to activate the atomizer, but once you get the hang of it, not difficult. Must inhale harder than a normal cig.

This is a nice kit and it looks great, But-
My Mother and I both got this product. At first we wee really happy with it for about 3 days. I is the first on we have tried so we didn’t know any better. The vapor production is very low. The battery life is very short and the cartridges don’ t last a third of the time they say. That was for the first week now they don’t work at all except for the light. My Mother has tried to contact them and can not get a response at all. We are very disappointed to say the least. We both love the concept so we are looking for a better one. There are many good review sites out there so for your your own good do your research. Good luck and do not buy Smoking Everywhere!
