I got this book after I had quit to help clear my lungs because I was coughing up some pretty interesting stuff! Seemed to help my lungs but it’s hard to know what is going on in there! Can’t say if it will help you quit or not, but worth a try. Some good advice too.
I’ve stopped coughing and it is now easier for me to climb stairs without having to stop. Gained a bit of weight, but starting to lose it now.

I got a refund on this one and got the Easy Quit System. That book is brilliant. I read it twice to help all the lessons sink in then I quit for good and never looked back.
