Commit Stop Smoking Lozenges Reviews
Nicorette offers one such program (Committed Quitters) on the Commit smoking lozenge website. Commit smoking lozenges contain strong, long lasting medicine and controlled amounts of nicotine. This will help control cravings and let the smoker focus on their behavioural changes. The nicotine in each lozenge is absorbed into the bloodstream through the tissues in the mouth. This will help alleviate the symptoms of nicotine withdrawal. The lozenges do not contain any of the harmful additives and chemical that cigarettes have so are a much safer option than smoking. The Commit smoking lozenge comes in four different flavours. These include Original, Cappuccino, Cherry and Mint. They also come in two different strengths, 2 mg of nicotine and 4 mg of nicotine. If you smoke your first cigarette 30 minutes within waking up, you should use the 4 mg lozenge. If you have your first cigarette any time after 30 minutes of waking up then use the 2 mg lozenge. How are the Commit smoking lozenges meant to be used exactly? The lozenges are to be taken over 12 week period. As time goes on less and less lozenges will need to be used. After the 12 weeks is up it is hoped that all physical cravings for cigarettes will be gone. Users should follow this 3 step program;
Each time a lozenge is taken it should be allowed to fully dissolve in the mouth slowly. It is not to be chewed or swallowed otherwise the medication will not reach the bloodstream. It may take 20-30 minutes for the whole lozenge to dissolve. The process can be speeded up by moving it around the mouth with the tongue. A warm, tingly sensation may be felt on the inside of the mouth, that is just the medication doing it’s job. Commit smoking lozenges are medicine and therefore need to be used strictly as directed in order to achieve maximum results. Here are some points to remember:
Commit smoking lozenges are generally considered to be safe but there are some instances where it should not be used. Ask a doctor if you have pre existing heart condition high blood pressure or are pregnant/breast feeding. Users should stop using the Commit smoking lozenge if they experience heart difficulties, nausea, vomiting, dizziness and/or weakness.

I tried these and I found them to be really good. I didn’t like the mint ones so I got the cherry. Been smoke free for 3 months now so that’s go to be a good thing?!
